Wonderful Weather

I had every intention of going to the gym when I woke up this morning, but who wants to be stuck exercising inside when you can be outside enjoying this amazing day?! We just finished a great 70 minute walk outside - Dad holding onto Jack's leash, and Mom with Henry strapped to her chest in the infant carrier (burning lots of extra calories carrying that 15 lb load!)...
These are the best days to get outside and be active - bike rides, roller blading, running, walking, hiking - it doesn't matter what you are doing, just have fun! You won't even realize that you are exercising and burning off those extra calories! Take advantage of this great weather!
