The Sweet Stuff

I seriously have a love/hate relationship with sugar. I love it so much - chocolate especially, but really anything sweet will do. If I have it in the house, I will eat it. I have to stop eating Dove chocolates with caramel! This is sabotaging any hopes of ever getting down to 125 pounds... I work my butt off in the gym, only to ruin all of my hard work by eating about 400 calories of chocolate every day! I think if I stopped this bad habit, I would automatically drop at least 5 pounds pretty quickly.
So many people have their bad habits - whether it is chocolate, carbs, or even martinis at happy hour - the calories add up. What is your bad habit? Is it stopping you from reaching your diet/fitness goals?
